how to use the watch】

1.please charge the watch before use.

2. download and install the app FFit in your phone, agree all the terms and allow ffit app run in background,

3.enter the app bind the watch(need turn on phone bluetooth).

4.in the app there are many functions is not turn on,you need turn on the functions which you need it work.

5.the tracking data usually will start new record for a new day,if you want see history data you can view it in the ffit app.

6.some functions is hided in the watch you can slip up/ down/ left /right to find all the fucntions.

7.keep the watch with enough battery capacity,if the watch turn off and turn on again maybe will loss some data, need connect phone to sync data.

8.the watch should keep in 10 meters range with phone,if over 10 meters distance the connection will break,then some sync and notification function will not work,when near 10 meters the connection will auto built again.
